Katarzyna Kozyra, a sculptor, photographer, performance artist, filmmaker, author of video installations and artistic actions was born in Warsaw in 1963.
In her works she touches upon the most important issues of identity and transience, life and death or religion and sex. She manoeuvres in spheres of cultural taboos as well as the stereotypes of behaviour ingrained in society.
